Seriously, how is the small-business owner supposed to know about this hidden gem in a Health Care bill? Thankfully I have a friend who is pretty big into politics and has far too much time on his hands at work, but what about the rest of the apathetic population? Would they only find out after they are audited and handed a hefty fine?
